I wish you well, but hey, hold on, don’t take my job away!
Your vision to double our turnover in the next three years is going to cause me a problem.
I’ve been in this job for ten years and achieved some good results. But I am going to look stupid if you come along and do better than me.
So I’ll do a deal; you just give me the contacts and I’ll sort out a commission for you. Let’s meet over a beer and talk percentages!
