Tayburn Design creates brochure with ‘modern and unique character’

Edinburgh design group Tayburn Design has created a brochure for the city’s only building with a glass facade, home to Jones Lang LaSalle estate agent. Designed to emulate the ‘modern and unique character’ of the building – 1 Rutland Court – Tayburn creative director Bryan Hook says fluorescent inks and two-tone photographs were chosen. ‘Strong graphic images are used to highlight the building’s prominent features,’ he says.
