Content by Conran buy-out

Conran Holdings has acquired the majority stake in Content by Conran, the joint venture formed last year with furniture producer Christie-Tyler.

Terence Conran and other investors also backed the deal, which leaves Christie-Tyler with just a small shareholding in the furniture design company. Former Ikea executive Stephan Andersson will manage the business.
