International Design Group in Toronto is creating a 130m business, administration and cultural centre in Bratislava.
The 40 000m2 Polus Centre, the second such project by IDG, will feature an office tower, hotel, condominiums and a shopping centre.
Developer CEIC says the centre is likely to be a prototype for further projects in Eastern Central Europe.
