Ergo sets up research division

Branding specialist Ergo launched a new research department this week, with the appointment of a research planner. The division aims to provide clients with specialist data and advice, and will see more staff appointments made in the near future.

Shivani Gupta has joined the group from international research company Censydiam, where she worked on assignments across the US, Europe and Asia, as a project leader.

“Ergo is creating ground-breaking ways of helping consumers who are taking part in research think beyond their existing experience when assessing innovative ideas. Therefore, radical ideas aren’t rejected out of hand and we can gain deeper consumer insights,” explains Gupta.

The consultancy has also brought in Rochelle Martyn, who has left Coley Porter Bell to take up a position as account manager.
