The merger between General Accident and Commercial Union has led to General Accident Property Services being rebranded as Your Move.
Design and advertising group BDH TBWA handled the relaunch for the nationwide estate agent.
New branding has been applied to signage and interiors for its 350 outlets, plus corporate literature, brochures and the company’s “for sale” boards.
A Your Move spokeswoman says, “Because of the merger, we decided it was appropriate to reposition and rebrand the company within the market. Our aim is to be the premier national estate agent.
“We are constantly on the look out to consolidate and strengthen our presence in certain areas, and if a viable opportunity presents itself, it will be considered,” says the spokeswoman.
Digital media will play an increasing role she says, as Your Move looks to widen non retail contact. “We hope to provide greater access through the Internet and e-mail, as well as call centres.”
BDH TBWA account director Liz Ingham says: “Consumer research revealed dissatisfaction in the home-moving market. Your Move has been positioned as a revolutionary customer-focused business which will be a new generation of estate agents.”
