Burger King has appointed EON, part of the Fort Dearborn Company, to create an interactive training solution for its global workforce.
The virtual Whopper Sandwich and other such presentation concepts will be used to ‘make training fun and effective for a new generation of Burger King crew members’, according to EON.
Fair enough, but it begs the question why does Burger King need interactive training solutions at all? How hard is it to remember to say ‘Do you want fries with that?’.
