Big Brother devotee puts himself up for conviction

Why compete with thousands of other would-be celebrities to get into the Big Brother house when you can be a sad wannabe in your own home?

Obviously, some bright spark thought exactly the same thing when they saw the programme’s diary room chair in Islington furniture retailer Living Space’s window in London.

But rather than wait for the shop’s opening hours and buy it, their desire to talk to Big Brother was so great that they smashed the window and made a grab for it. Let’s hope they don’t end up nominating themselves for eviction.
