British Red Cross opens Inspired charity exhibition

The British Red Cross is opening its Inspired charity art exhibition and auction next week at North London’s Gainsborough Studios, featuring donated works by the likes of Beryl Cook, Ghislane Howard, John Hoyland, Joe Tilson and Jane Seymour. To promote the event, the charity has been working with London design group Crescent Lodge, which has created a series of promotional flyers featuring four blank canvases arranged to depict a cross shape. ‘We used blank canvases so as not to upstage the work on show,’ according to Crescent Lodge designer Jane Tobitt.
