Carter Wong & Partners was commissioned to produce the 1998 Annual Report & Accounts for Bitech Petroleum Corporation, a Canadian oil company with established operations in the Russian Federation. The report is designed to reflect on Bitech’s relationship with Russia and includes separate sections for the report and financial statements. Having had previous experience of working in Russia – of the country’s bureaucracy and cold weather – photographer Mike Austen was commissioned to create the images used in the report.
