Presented in a folder designed by Trickett & Webb, the Royal Mail’s Millennium Moment Commemorative document contains four stamps to mark the new year. Created by artist David Gentleman, the stamps will be franked by two postmarks, one for 31 December and one for 1 January 2000. The cover and inside images of the folder were illustrated by the in-house team. The designers used a composition of various pictures from stock library photographs, which were produced in low and high resolutions.
