Tom-Tom, a pendant light for Aktiva, was launched at Spectrum on 7 May

Jeff Tucknott has designed Tom-Tom, a pendant light for Aktiva, which received its UK launch at commercial furniture show Spectrum on Tuesday 7 May.

Tom-Tom incorporates a coloured, translucent glass ring at its centre and can be hung as a whole light or in two individual parts. The light is produced from polished and anodised aluminium and is suspended from chrome wire.

It is designed for restaurant, hotel or home use, according to Aktiva. The company, a founder member of Spectrum ten years ago, works with designers from the UK and Germany.
